Hi there,

IF YOU’RE THINKING OF REPOSTING THIS LIST ON YOUR OWN BLOG, READ THIS FIRST!
First, this post will virtually choke your blogging software – expect a series of timeouts during the post. That’s not really a problem as it does get there in the end.
Second, after the post is published you may find that Technorati has suspended your listing. You won’t get any notice of this, so look yourself up on Technorati after the post and indeed the following day as it seems to be a delayed effect. If this happens, then the thing to do is to go to:
http://support.technorati.com/support/contact
Use Support Type Tags’ and Concerning Blog Tags – My blog is not listed in the Blog Directory successfully’.

Thanks, Arnold!
I just read a great suggestion of breaking up the links into smaller, separate posts or to add as contextual links in an Editor’s note to my first post there.

I have the list and yes it does increase traffic once it is posted. I posted mine directly into the archive – backdate the post – to become the very first posting of the blog. So far it seems to work fine.

Can I ask how I got on this list? And what is this list?
