Gearing up for the exercise programme
One of the hassles of getting back into an exercise programme after you’ve been lazing about for a while is that you generally have a whole lot more weight to move around when you start.
OK, so in principle that’s a “good thing” in that you’re obviously going to be doing more work in your workout but in reality it’s something of a dis-incentive to say the least as quite simply you’re just not going to be up to shifting it about as much as you’d like to. That being the case one way to start back into a programme is to get rid of some of that weight in advance. For that, the quickest way is likely to involve diet pills for a short period ’til you get up to speed on the exercise and improved diet programme.
If you’re sweltering in the heat as I am it’s an encouraging way to begin your preparations for that winter workout programme.
