Of course, I said that last month and the month before…

It’s not that I’m not doing things in the weight loss line, it’s just that, so far, they don’t seem to be overly effective. I have been ramping up the exercise but, really, it needs to be taken up to a much higher level I think so I’m hoping to sign up with the gym sometime over the next few weeks.

On the diet side, it’s just as difficult but considering things like the best weight loss pills can give something of a jump start to the weight loss. Simply changing one’s diet is a very slow way (albeit a dependable one) of losing weight and a bit of a jump start with that can improve motivation to keep at the programme.
